Processing and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders placed on business days by 23:59 are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel easily.

Shipping Costs

We offer free and environmentally responsible shipping as standard, regardless of order value or delivery country within the EU.

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 6–8 business days
  • Belgium: 6–8 business days
  • Germany: 5–8 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as delays with shipping partners or public holidays.

International Shipping

At present, we only deliver to countries within the EU. We are actively working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Delays

We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes. However, certain circumstances, such as customs checks or high shipping volumes, may result in delays. EVOFIEL is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@evofiel.com and include photos of the damage.

If your parcel is lost:
Please check the tracking information and contact the shipping provider. We will be happy to assist further if the issue cannot be resolved.
